CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The Coordination of the Brazil-Norway Biodiversity Research Consortium (BRC) announces a public call for the selection of new research projects.

​

Established in 2013, BRC is a collaboration between five Brazilian and Norwegian institutions, dedicated to producing scientific knowledge about the eastern Brazilian Amazon.

​

The consortium focuses on priority areas such as the generation of high-quality knowledge on regional biodiversity, the ecological impacts of mining activities, and strategies for restoring tropical forests, with particular attention to biological diversity and soil integrity.

We invite researchers to submit proposals that engage with these themes and contribute to the advancement of socio-environmental science.
